Meet Up & Assess

Let’s meet up and talk about what your home goals are, what you need and what you want. We’ll go over all the necessary information to start your journey!

Get Pre-Approved

Getting pre-approved will help you set real expectations when on the hunt for your home. We have several lenders that we work with and can help in finding the right one for you.

Start the Search

Our agents will help keep an eye on listings that match the goals we’ve discussed. We’ll send you listings that we know you’ll love.

Visit Properties

We’ll schedule private listings and see open homes. This helps us accurately target and narrow down your search for the perfect home.

Submit an Offer

Making an offer can be both nerve-racking and an exciting part of the process. Our Sales Director will work directly with you and your agent to provide the best guidance during these negotiations.

Board Application

Your offer was accepted, and the board application is a huge important step if you purchase a Co-op. The board application is generally followed by a board interview that we'll prepare you for.

Closing Day

This step is the day you get the keys! You’ll be signing paperwork to finally make this property - yours.

Move In!
